I finished reading the book Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting, by Lynn Grabhorn, Sunday night. It was a book I needed to read. It has aught me about vibrations and creating positive energy and scripting my life.
I am going to put the method into action. First I need to identify what I don’t want. Then I have to identify what I DO want. Then I have to get into the feeling place of what I do want. And finally, I must expect, listen, and allow it to happen.
So first things first. Identifying what I DON’T want. I’m going to put it into black and white, so I have it recorded, and I can refer to it and add to it as necessary.
What I DON’T want:
- To remain living in New England after my final semester this year.
- To live paycheck to paycheck.
- To be concerned about gas prices.
- To be overweight.
- To be uninsured.
- To not have Jack living with me.
- To hold onto clutter and “things” I don’t use
- To have the procrastination habit
- To not be alone at home every night.
What I DO want:
- To be living in Hawaii after my final semester.
- To secure a job in Hawaii before moving to Hawaii.
- To lose 20 pounds.
- To have a comfortable income.
- To have health, dental, and life insurance.
- To have close friends in the area.
- To de-clutter my apartment.
- To form good habits of dealing with things as they happen.
I have been focusing and meditating on my home in Hawaii. Playing in the warm, Pacific, water with Jack. Driving along the coastline beaches, the sun on my arm and face. I have focused on my desk at my new job. There will be little, purple, potted flower sitting on my desk next to my picture of Jack. I’ll have a mac desktop computer. And seeing my desk, my desk, will be the culmination of my goals, transpiring. I feel so pretty with a plumeria behind my ear, I’m wearing a sun dress, and my arms and chest are tanned. My hair is long and thick and I can feel it flowing down my the middle of my back. I feel so blessed to witness the turtles turning and gently splashing on the shore. I LOVE where I live. I LOVE my life here. It is everything I ever wanted! I am confidently wearing a bikini. I look amazing, better than I have in years. I FEEL amazing. I love running my hands down my sides, and it feels so smooth now. My girlfriends come over after work, our kids play out in the grass, and we play cards and drink iced tea. I feel so fulfilled! This is exactly where I want to be! And this is the way it WILL be!!!!!
